In this lab, the goal is to explore writing using participants' personal, poetic, and intimate heritage as a starting point. Each person carries within themselves an archive, a repository of experiences, texts, and images capable of creating scenic biographies that have a unique way of connecting the individual and the social, articulating the personal, the familial, and the historical. Here, the task of remembering makes each individual their own historian and a living vessel of human memory.

By employing writing and theater tools, participants will have the opportunity to learn about and experience the working methodology of director Manuela Ferreira, in the process of constructing dramatic fictions.

In this lab, Photography serves as the catalyst for writing.
